Charmaine Ho

As the founder and creative director of Charmaine Art Consultancy, Charmaine Ho pioneers eco-friendly manufacturing processes, reducing the environmental impact of handbag production, and donates the surplus leather to OBSE, her social enterprise for derivative work. A successful designer, Ho is passionate about supporting Hong Kong’s art community, and collaborates with young local artists and brands to produce limited-edition capsule collections. She’s also designed exclusive products for celebrities and influencers. As joint president of the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, vice president of both the Hong Kong United Youth Association and the Hong Kong Guangdong Youth Association, and a member of the M+ Acquisitions Council, Ho also provides platforms for young people to foster their talents and contribute to Hong Kong’s future development. So how does she manage it all? “By embracing a can-do attitude and refusing to be limited by perceived obstacles, we open ourselves up to endless possibilities and opportunities for growth,” she says. “With the right mindset and unwavering determination, nothing is impossible.”
