Aman Nai Lert Bangkok

In a serene alley in Chid Lom, the Aman Nai Lert Bangkok Hotel, Aman Residences, and Aman Club are waiting to announce their debut this year. With the lush Nai Lert Park surrounding the property, the hotel blends the essence of Aman’s architectural style, as designed by the iconic luxury hotel designer Jean-Michel Gathy, and the heritage of Nai Lert Park.

Opening date: 2024

The Ritz-Carlton Bangkok

As one of the most highly anticipated new luxury hotels in Bangkok for 2024, The Ritz-Carlton will be surrounded by a range of retail, dining, and lifestyle offerings of the One Bangkok’s giant territory. The hotel itself will boast 259 types of accommodation – including rooms, suites, and one Ritz-Carlton Suite – plus four dining venues and the signature Ritz-Carlton Spa.

Opening date: Q3, 2024

Andaz One Bangkok

Andaz steps into Bangkok for the first time inside the One Bangkok project. In alignment with its brand concept, Andaz One Bangkok will celebrate the uniqueness of the neighbourhood by offering Thai touches and rooftop venues that present the verdant Lumpini Park view at its best.

Opening date: Q4, 2024

Four Seasons Hotel Osaka

The Four Seasons Hotel Osaka will open as part of the 195-metre tall One Dojima Project skyscraper in the commercial district of Osaka. The hotel opens on floors 1-2, with floors 28-37 boasting 175 guest rooms and suites in total. The new luxury hotel will be adorned in Japanese style with tatami rooms and suites, plus intriguing drink and dining venues to add to the already vibrant food scene of Osaka.

Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort

On a private peninsula in Ras Al Khaimah is where the UAE’s first over-water villas are located. Inspired by the Maldives, the Anantara Mina Al Arab is an eco-luxury resort that sits together with natural mangroves and the beautiful Arabian Gulf, as well as stunning villas with private plunge pools and reserved cabanas. Six restaurants and bars, water sports and leisure facilities, and the Anantara Spa await to spoil guests with exceptional services.

In the Guangdong province of South China, Banyan Tree has recently cut the ribbon to its traditional-style sanctuary that weaves together lakes and mountains. It boasts 141 rooms and suites and 18 more villas on the side of Songshan Lake. Five-star facilities include the Banyan Tree Spa, Banyan Tree Gallery, two restaurants, Rangers Club for kids, lakeside infinity pool, yoga room and gym.

Janu Tokyo

A sister’s brand of Aman, Janu will open in Tokyo, embracing the vibrant spirit of the Azabudai Hills community. The eight-floor building will see 122 rooms and suites designed by Jean-Michel Gathy. Also, expect anything from stunning Italian delicacies to Cantonese specialties among its eight finely curated dining posts.

Rosewood Miyakojima

The first-ever Rosewood property to open in Japan introduces foreign guests to an unfamiliar Japanese landscape. Set against a seascape backdrop, the Rosewood Miyakojima is located on Miyako Island in the Okinawan archipelago. Only 55 villas mean intimate vibes within the property, aligning with the brand’s philosophy of exclusivity and sensitivity to the locals.

Rosewood Doha

Mimicking the coral reefs that surround Qatar, the Rosewood property in Doha rises in two sky-high towers, as the Rosewood Doha and Rosewood Residences Doha. The ultra-luxury hotel houses 155 guest rooms and suites, 162 serviced apartments, and 276 residences. It aims to stand out in its culinary offerings, which include a Mediterranean restaurant, a cigar lounge, a library lounge, a grab-and-go market, and three specialty concepts. On top of that, the brand’s curated executive lounge Manor Club and Asaya will also be introduced.

After its expansion to Bangkok, The Standard Hotel pinpoints an important next step in Singapore on the prime location of Orange Grove Road, close to the famous Orchard Road. The ground-up hotel features multiple international and local retail shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues.

Banyan Tree Higashiyama Kyoto

Banyan Tree is another luxury hotel brand that’s set to enter Japan for the first time this year. The property will sit in the Gion and Higashiyama district as a 52-room hilltop urban resort. In order to reflect the city’s rich cultural heritage, Banyan Tree Higashiyama will house the only noh stage in Kyoto, a space devoid of curtains, wherein Japanese plays and performances will take place.

The Dorchester Collection steps into the Middle East for the first time with The Lana in Dubai. The 20-storey eye-catching building stands towering in the Business Bay area and the Dubai Canal. When it’s time to eat, the options are nothing short of luxurious, for among the eight venues are included concepts by the 12-Michelin-starred chef Martín Berasategui and star chef Jean Imbert’s outlets.

On the western tip of the Island of Flores, Indonesia, Ta’aktana is set to be a lighthouse for tourists to learn the locals’ way. Inspired by the Lingko spider web-shaped fields, the resort’s layout is inclusive of family villas and over-water villas, an Olympic-sized swimming pool, and the Di’a Spa.
